Also the best way to shift weight is definitley not eating after 6pm, however it's also the case that you need to refuel after training (which inevitably is late night) so how do you manage this - and wahts best for refuelling?]]></description>

1X Thick boat rope, the propper stuff not that crap from B&amp;Q. About 4metre length should be enough OR a good gee belt



8kg-24kg Kettle bells single set is ok, or if your flush go for a set!



A couple of truck tyers keep your eyes open as some can be found on the hard shoulder on motor ways OR look in a local scrap yard its probly safer lol   



Couple of sledge hammers.
