			<description>As a wing chun practitioner I have just started to learn chi sau. (for anyone who doesn't do wing chun that’s the rolling arm thing at the start of the video) I know that to do chi sau correctly you have to be very relaxed and sensitive. Also that the whole point of it is not to smash your opponent as hard as you can at any given opportunity.

			<description>If I were to take a pen and draw down your centre line, I would surely draw from the top of you nose, down the front of your body, and then down to the base of the groin.



Isnt this just because you cant draw down through the inside of someones body: their actual centre?

Isn't the actual centre line the line through someones body from the crown of the head to the base of the groin, as opposed to the front of someones body, or have I misunderstood the theory?
