The Gravesend Martial Arts Academy are please to announce that they are holding a certificated one day self defence course, this course is designed to give the an insight into the basics of self defence, you will learn practical self defence techniques in a safe and controlled manner, the course is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, you will learn something new whether you have past martial arts experience or not.

All Monies raised on this day will go to a local Gravesend Childrens Charity.

This is going to be a GREAT day, DO NOT, I Repeat Do Not Miss this, its not going to be your usual training session HE HE HE, I have planned something a litle bit special!!!!!
